Hien’s journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for coffee—one that began well before formal training or professional certifications. After building a career in the corporate world at a global technology company, Hien chose to return to the roots of Vietnam’s coffee heritage and pursue a more meaningful path.
Driven by curiosity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to advancing Vietnamese coffee internationally, Hien undertook the rigorous process of becoming an SCA‑certified Q Grader. Today, that expertise guides every selection, every roast, and every partnership.
